Beautiful excavated example of a Mississippi Sword Belt Plate with a deep chocolate patina. The plate is missing the keeper but otherwise perfect. Bench marked on back side 928. According to the previous owners notes this plate was dug in the Fredericksburg area and was formerly in the Larry Pistole collection. Provided with a Steve Mullinax letter of authentication.
