Nice 2nd model Griswold Revolver serial number 3422. This gun is fresh out of an old collection and has all matching serial and secondary numbers as noted in the photos. Cryptic Q is visible on a number of internal parts and on the underside of the barrel near the loading lever catch. Barrel and loading lever have a pleasant brown patina with a trace of the original blue remaining under the barrel on the rear near the loading lever. Brass parts have a pleasing mustard brown patina with a few nicks on the underside around the grips. Grips look fine with a few nicks on the underside and have the secondary serial number stamped inside . All screws are correct however it is missing the wedge screw. Action is mostly crisp but does not hold on full cock sometimes. If you want a nice 2nd model Griswold this is the one.
