12th U.S. Infantry Identified Scott's Infantry Tactics Manual

Volume 1 Scott's Tactics manual with 3 names neatly inscribed inside the cover. The first 2 names I was not able to find with a quick check. The 3rd, Richard Cloyd Parker served with the 12th U.S. Infantry through all the major campaigns of The Army of the Potomac. Lt. Parker was promoted Captain by Brevet at Chancellorsville, Virginia 5/3/1863. and rose to the rank of Major in 1865. The 12th was present and engaged at Gettysburg and suffered 7 men killed. The binding is tight with some scrapes and scuffing on the cover.
