Rare war time view by Andrew Jackson Riddle, Columbus, Georgia of burial trench at Andersonville. Riddle photographed Andersonville prison scenes on August 17, 1864. The photo measures 4 1/2 x 3 1/4 inches and is mounted to a slightly larger card stock. The only previous sale I could find for this particular photo was for $3300.00 in 2006 at Cowan's auction.
