1/2 plate ambrotype of left to right, Capt Eugene A. Hawkins who served as aide-d-camp of General Doles and was killed at the Battle of the Wilderness May 5, 1864. Major William H. Willis later Colonel and wounded at Chancellorsville Virginia, and Captain Howard Tinsley who served as brigade quartermaster. This image is published in the late William Turner's book EVEN MORE CONFEDERATE FACES on page 177. A great Georgia image from the Collection of Steve Mullinax and Housed in a full leatherette case.
