Serial number 9352 Kerr revolver that falls directly in the known serial number range of revolvers issued to Co. H 18th Virginia Cavalry. The Pratt list has 7 Kerr percussion revolvers ranging from serial number 9240 - 9974. This revolver falls in that range. Condition good overall dark grey with minor pitting. Markings visible with the serial number faint on the cylinder. Cylinder has a number of ding marks and the leading edge appears to have been hit with a hammer. Grips are fine with crisp checkering but does not have the JS/ anchor markings. A Kerr percussion revolver that obviously saw southern use.
