Two Sixth plate ivoryotypes of a Confederate major and a young girl quite possibly his wife or daughter in full cases. Unfortunately the major is cracked but luckily his face displays well. I have seen similar ivoryotype images that have a South Carolina connection. Research is needed to quite possibly identify this officer.
