Adams Contract Fowled Anchor Flask. Nice brow patina on the brass with distinct fowled anchor and USN. Opening spring missing with a few minor dents on body. Clear markings on the top, Adams with J.S.P. (Jas. S .Palmer) inspectors mark with a 1848 date.
