CDV view of a confederate officer inscribed W.W. Williams. My research finds one possible match out of approximately 1500 W.W. Williams in Confederate records. That possible match is a William W. Williams who served in company C of the 47th Georgia infantry and was killed 6/18/1862 in the battle of Secessionvile on James Island, South Carolina.
