Florida Civil War images are almost nonexistent. Bust view of George Washington Scott who courageously helped save Florida from the Yankee invaders at the battles of Olustee and Natural Bridge. George W. Scott was known for his efforts in pioneering the fertilizer business and the establishment of the Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia. This image came from the Bill Turner, Ray Ritchie collection and was misidentified on the back.
