Colt model 1849 pocket revolver serial number 27717 indicating 1865 year of production with a 4 inch barrel. Serial numbers matching with the exception of the loading lever which has no serial number. All the metal parts have an overall speckled pitting with the barrel address visible. Very minute traces of the cylinder scene are visible but difficult to see. The mechanical action operates fine.
