Cartridge box with sling along with a typed tag stating it was found in a barn in Charles City County, Virginia. The tag states that this cartridge box came from a family in Charles City county Virginia. It was found in their barn and said to have been worn by a relative who served in a Virginia Regiment. The tag came with the box so I guess that is someones story and they are sticking to it. The box is missing the finial but a lead finial is included with it if someone desires to replace it. The box is in fair condition showing age. The sling is in fine condition and quite possibly been added to the box.
