Nice ribbon and celluloid badge from the Bailey Post 67 in North Troy. Vermont. My research suggests that the post was quite possibly named for Lt. Charles F. Bailey of the 6th Vermont Infantry. He was killed at Lee's Mill, Virginia, in April 1862.
