Wilkinson & Cummings (also referenced as W.H. Wilkinson or Wilkinson & Cumming) of Springfield, Massachusetts, was a contractor that produced leather accouterments for the Union Army during the Civil War. They made percussion cap pouches (also called cap boxes), cartridge boxes, bayonet scabbards, and related items, with contracts notably in 1862–1863 (and possibly others). Later examples (around 1864+) incorporated rivets to reinforce stitching, as formally adopted in March 1864.
