1/6 plate ruby ambrotype of a young confederate soldier armed with a Cooper Iron Works Bowie knife. The image is from my personal collection. I purchased it from an antique shop near Ocala, Florida about 20 years ago. The image also is published in the Confederate Bowie knife book.
