Beautiful condition Civil War recruiting broadside for the 3rd New York infantry. Archivally framed measuring 32 3/4 tall and 26 3/4 wide. The 3rd was recruited around Albany, New York and served in a number of actions around Virginia. During action at Drewry's Bluff Virginia on May 16, 1864 it suffered 4 killed and 40 wounded.
