Early English brass barreled side pistol that has been converted to percussion. The brass barrel has been fitted with a rifled steel sleeve bringing the bore down to approximately .36 caliber. The top of the barrel is marked London and with proof marks. The brass side plate and trigger guard have a nice patina and the mechanical action operates fine.
