Very fine to near mint condition saber bayonet that fits the J Henry & Sons rifle that is listed on my site. Strong Collins & Co. Hartfort, Connecticut markings on one side and dated 1862 on the other. On the barrel ring is the serial number 488 and a rack number 33 is stamped in the guard.
