Very nice Eagle Head probably made in France for the U.S. trade. All the brass parts have a nice brown patina with a gun metal gray blade as shown in the photos. The blade is marked warranted and has traces of gold wash in the etching. The leather covered wood grips have some erosion of the leather in places but displays well. The leather scabbard is in nice condition and devoid of any breaks or cracks. The top mount and 2nd mount slide on the scabbard and need to be tacked down with a spot of glue.
